We can help you through the process of adding a new extension to your existing house from the design stage to completion as well as guidance for Planning Permission, Building Regulations, and Building Energy Rating. Often changing what you have is simpler than building a new extension. We can also help you renovate your existing house to bring in more light, views, and increase functionality.

Conservation and Restoration

With our Grade 3 Conservation Architect, we have an excellent understanding of the legislation, philosophy, and technical requirements to work on buildings of local or regional importance. The most protected structures that we have worked on are farm buildings, farmhouses, and townhouses that are of regional importance.
